The location was GREAT!!! I could walk to Albert Cuyp market, cafes, and Ryjkvmuseum. Our room was large enough. There was space to store our luggage, shoes, and coats. Breakfast was both buffet or a la carte. This provided a great assortment to start our day.

in the early morning hours, it didn't work either between 2 AM and 4 AM. They told my wife to press it real hard for a couple of seconds for it to engage, and they would talk to maintenance.

The hotel's location was near key museums. The metro station provided quick access to the airport (travel time was minimal). The room was spacious, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. The bathroom had very nice facilities.

The thermostat did not allow me to warm the room enough.

The early check-in was accommodated. I appreciate that.

I was very frustrated that there was no real restaurant or bar. the hotel relies mostly on self-service options. That is not convenient. the shower walls had visible mold, i found that unacceptable. also, the window in my room was cracked and blocked from opening.

The location is central. It allows easy walking to the city center. The room was spacious and I found it very clean. I appreciated the customer service. Samuel was very helpful and friendly (always with a smile!).

The gym's signage could be improved. It was slightly difficult to locate.
