the staff seemed friendly. the location is great for accessing public transportation.

i found the fire alarm incident deeply concerning. alarms went off at 1:00 am on new year's eve and i discovered the fire door from the staircase was locked. i felt trapped and the front desk didn't seem to grasp the seriousness. this oversight could have had dire consequences during a real fire!!!

My room had no window to open at night. I therefore needed to use the air conditioning. There was no room to unpack and there was no hanging space.

The check-in process was not great. The receptionist wasn't friendly and didn't seem professional. then, although I asked every day, the cleaning service wasn't done in my room. Wet towels weren't even replaced, and there was dirt in a drawer, on the floor, so the bathroom wasn't cleaned either.
