decent location but some serious issues
locked fire door serious oversight
the staff seemed friendly. the location is great for accessing public transportation.
i found the fire alarm incident deeply concerning. alarms went off at 1:00 am on new year's eve and i discovered the fire door from the staircase was locked. i felt trapped and the front desk didn't seem to grasp the seriousness. this oversight could have had dire consequences during a real fire!!!

great location social hour hotel scent no window unpacking space hanging space
The location proved convenient for city exploration. The social hour provided a welcome opportunity for relaxation with wine. The hotel scent was such a LOVELY gift upon departure.
My room had no window to open at night. I therefore needed to use the air conditioning. There was no room to unpack and there was no hanging space.

The location was perfect, close to the train station, and made it easy to explore. i found free bikes available. This added extra convenience. the staff proved helpful. i appreciated the comfortable beds in my room.

unfriendly receptionist poor cleaning service
The check-in process was not great. The receptionist wasn't friendly and didn't seem professional. then, although I asked every day, the cleaning service wasn't done in my room. Wet towels weren't even replaced, and there was dirt in a drawer, on the floor, so the bathroom wasn't cleaned either.

The umbrellas available were a thoughtful touch. They shielded us from unexpected showers. I found the location convenient. It made exploring so easy. Their kindness stood out.

The location is quite convenient with easy access to public transport. The breakfast offered a diverse and satisfying range of options each morning. The team were very attentive to our needs. I appreciated the cleanliness throughout the premises.
The bathroom lacked a bit of water pressure. I found this slightly inconvenient.
