The check-in process was not great. The receptionist wasn't friendly and didn't seem professional. then, although I asked every day, the cleaning service wasn't done in my room. Wet towels weren't even replaced, and there was dirt in a drawer, on the floor, so the bathroom wasn't cleaned either.
