The tram stop was very close allowing quick access to the train station. i noticed the rooms were particularly spacious and very clean. the back deck seemed a great place to spend time with family. It's a plus.

I appreciated the proximity to public transport. It made travel simple. the on-site restaurant offered excellent food and drink (i especially enjoyed the breakfast options). the decor throughout the hotel felt both luxurious and cute. it was easy to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of local spots nearby.

the tv remote was missing from the room, a minor inconvenience.

Our biggy bunk up room featured comfortable beds and ample space for the kids. It also had a well-designed bathroom, including a rainfall shower for relaxation after a day out. four hangers were provided for clothing in the open rail.

The hotel restaurant was convenient. the hotel bar served above-average cocktails, and there was a coffee shop right across the street. the design created a comfy atmosphere. Hard work clearly went into making the hotel aesthetically pleasing.

We found the hotel bikes useful.. This made getting around very easy. The staff were super kind, always responsive. The building has beautiful design and offered excellent cocktails at the bar.

The beds were very worn out, causing discomfort during sleep. I also noticed the room had an inside vestibule with a flashing smoke alarm light. We mentioned this to the front desk, but no changes happened . I found this a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious. We stayed in a 'biggy' room (i thought it was well-sized). the rainfall shower in the bathroom was excellent. also, the staff were lovely and helpful.

This hotel has huge noise issues. we stayed on the second floor and could hear footsteps in the room above day and night. i wouldn't stay there again for that reason alone. also, the hotel only provided four hangers on an open rail for clothing. This is ridiculous, in my opinion.
