The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. i found the location convenient because it's near centraal station via a nearby tram. The walk is only three minutes. i also appreciated the availability of late checkout and taxi services.

the room got hot. there was no air conditioning, and the windows didn't fully open.

the room featured complimentary drinks in the fridge. the refrigerator actually kept these drinks cold. the shower was spacious, with consistent water pressure i found ideal. i slept well thanks to the comfortable bed, soft duvet, and plush pillows. the samsung tv had a smart view option, mirroring my android phone's screen easily.

The room lacked sufficient closet space. I found the number of hangers inadequate.

the location is fairly close to the central station. the tram stop is just a short walk away. it makes access quite convenient. a coffee shop is across from the hotel and several shops are within walking distance.

The design of the hotel is historical. It is located in an interesting building. The breakfast was good (I especially liked the variety of pastries). Free bikes were available during the day. It was a first-come, first-served setup, which worked out well for me.

My room was quite hot at night. I could not control the temperature. The windows did not open, frustrating. The street noise was noticeable (especially early in the morning). The soundproofing could have been better.

I appreciated the proximity to public transport. It made travel simple. the on-site restaurant offered excellent food and drink (i especially enjoyed the breakfast options). the decor throughout the hotel felt both luxurious and cute. it was easy to explore the surrounding area, with plenty of local spots nearby.

the tv remote was missing from the room, a minor inconvenience.

Our biggy bunk up room featured comfortable beds and ample space for the kids. It also had a well-designed bathroom, including a rainfall shower for relaxation after a day out. four hangers were provided for clothing in the open rail.

We found the hotel bikes useful.. This made getting around very easy. The staff were super kind, always responsive. The building has beautiful design and offered excellent cocktails at the bar.

The beds were very worn out, causing discomfort during sleep. I also noticed the room had an inside vestibule with a flashing smoke alarm light. We mentioned this to the front desk, but no changes happened . I found this a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious. We stayed in a 'biggy' room (i thought it was well-sized). the rainfall shower in the bathroom was excellent. also, the staff were lovely and helpful.

This hotel has huge noise issues. we stayed on the second floor and could hear footsteps in the room above day and night. i wouldn't stay there again for that reason alone. also, the hotel only provided four hangers on an open rail for clothing. This is ridiculous, in my opinion.
