I found the staff friendly. They helped me use the tram system. the breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked each day. It included eggs.

The air conditioning in my room did not work properly. It made the room a bit too cold.

the location was good, i could reach everything i wanted to see.

I was disappointed because the room felt dated. It was also very dark. check-in wasn't especially cute, it felt a bit lacklustre after a long journey. I expected more.

The location was central. it was easy to reach major attractions. breakfast had a good variety (i especially liked the fresh omelets). a self-service bar was available in the lobby. It was open all day.

My room's air conditioning did not seem to work. the mattress felt too thin to me. It was not very comfortable. masking tape covered the smoke alarms in the room.

The room had complimentary drinks in the fridge (from water to beer!). the complimentary wine, cheese, and charcuterie in the evening was a nice touch. i liked drinks all day long with snacks available. The coffee machine made the best hot chocolate.

the lift was a little slow, it made moving between floors slightly inconvenient.
