I found the location perfect, a short distance from the ferry terminal. the breakfast service included both continental options and a cooked breakfast, prepared fresh. my single room included a good variety of teas and coffees. i could leave my luggage at reception before check-in. It was very convenient.
i noticed the plumbing was rather noisy, mostly during the night. this was only a very slight inconvenience.

the hotel's position is near the sea front, offering easy access. a local ebike hire shop is behind the hotel, a fantastic service to explore the surrounding area. this made visiting distilleries very easy.

my room had an ensuite bathroom that was perfect for my requirements, i felt very comfortable. a range of hot beverages were provided in the room, a simple, yet effective, comfort. the room size was quite decent.

the location was certainly convenient.
the room felt outdated. i also noticed the noise from the nearby pub was quite disruptive late into the night.. it made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the breakfast was basic and lacked variety.

The room I got was much too small. It also faced the backyard, not the nicest view. The plumbing was noisy, it disturbed my sleep several times during the night.

i was able to leave my luggage at reception until check in time. Check in was fast and i found my room easily. The location was GREAT, being on the sea front, about 200 yards from the ferry terminal.
the room didn't match expectation based on price, No storage JUST an open hanging unit.
