I liked the hotel's proximity to many attractions. the room was very comfy and tidy. the breakfast was varied, though it was quite busy at peak times. all staff were helpful. They promptly ordered a taxi for us.
the air conditioning was not working correctly , and i found this quite bothersome. it made the room uncomfortably warm, particularly at night. this issue needs attention, especially during warmer months.

the hotel features a kid play room in the lobby area, a good space for families. there is also a fitness room, though it was closed for repairs . i noticed a small shop located near the reception desk.

The hotel offers breakfast, it includes a range of choices for all tastes. coffee and hot chocolate are available in the lobby bar. These are a nice treat. nearby, there is a breakfast spot across the street.

the room included a bath and a separate shower, a decent setup. it had a view of the topography of terror, though you could still see the city in the distance. toiletries from rituals were available in the room, a nice touch

the location provides easy access to buses and trains, very convenient for exploring. checkpoint charlie is within walking distance from the hotel! scooter and bike app hire is available right outside the door. a supermarket is located within a five minute walk.

The reception staff was efficient and friendly. They assisted with taxi bookings. one member of the maintenance team demonstrated great energetic personality, solving a safe issue with patience. i would like to commend her for her professionalism.
