i stayed in a standard DOUBLE room. the room was clean, and they provided good towels. Breakfast included enough options and the service was quick to refill everything.
the reception staff did not ask how my stay was during checkout.

this hotel have a good location for explore the city. my room include a tv and air conditioning, it was useful. i found the breakfast very diverse with many options. the staff were amazing, so friendly and always willing to assist with directions.
the room was very small, i didn't expect that. also, the bathroom door do not close completely, there is a gap. there werent enough space for luggage and no closet. this was a problem for someone with multiple bags.

i found the staff helpful. the water supply in the shower was excellent. we had two separate duvets.. that was a plus. front desk staff were helpful.
the telephone in our room didn't work. there was a big hole and lots of dust behind the console. the ac is only hot, so i had to sleep with the window open to avoid heat exhaustion. there are no tea or coffee facilities in the room, i felt that was a poor touch.

the location is wonderful near alexanderplatz and a very short walk to the metro stop i really liked that feature the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay the bed and pillows were so comfy i slept like a baby
the standard double room was a bit tiny it did not leave much space for luggage or moving around comfortably for two people i think a little more room would have been appreciated

the hotel is situated close to alexanderplatz which is very convenient for accessing public transportation options several restaurants and shops are located within walking distance of the hotel the area felt safe i enjoyed the convenience
