modern gym great shower
the gym included several treadmills. the bar downstairs served cocktails. the room had a great shower with nice toiletries.
the hallways appear very dark and maybe depressing because of the black color.

Balanced experience at the hub

the location was very good, it was right next to public transport. the direct neighbourhood does not have anything special to offer, BUT if you walk towards alexanderplatz you start getting in the action. the hotel has amazing facilities, there is free laundry for all. room was great and it had everything i needed.
the air conditioning was not functioning when i arrived and i was not told about this. i soon found out and enquired at the desk. they sent someone to unlock the window for me but the street NOISE kept me awake, it was too hot. the next day i wanted to leave but they offered a shift to a room facing the central square. i moved, but it was still too hot.

excellent stay near alexanderplatz
helpful staff convenient location well-equipped room smiling staff
I found the staff good and very helpful. they were always smiling during the check in process. the hotel's location is great. I could reach alexanderplatz with a short walk. the room had everything i needed for my stay.
the room lights didn't turn off completely, even with the dimmer button. they stayed on the entire time and i couldn't open the curtains since we were overlooked.

The location has great access to public transport options. a bus stop sits directly in front. A u-bahn station also is nearby. alexanderplatz is a short, safe walk away.

i saw that the hotel bar offered a burger and it was more than adequate. there were options for a good meal without much travel. the restaurant is great to use if you want to get a light snack.

The staff looked international. they. the check in and check out processes were easy and fast. I appreciated that a lot.

The room was modern and clean. there was a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and a kettle available. i found the bathroom very nice. It had all amenities available.

i noticed that this hotel has communal spaces with nice couches and connectors. there is also a 24-hour gym. i think guests can easily relax there.

stained walls flooded bathroom
the location was acceptable as it was near public transport.
The room i got had issues. the walls were visibly stained, it really lowered my impression. also, the bathroom flooded every time i showered. There was nowhere to hang the wet towel to dry.
