adequate but showing wear
dated furniture visible limescale
The airport shuttle was very convenient. It made getting to and from the airport easy.
The rooms felt quite dated. Some of the furniture looked worn, and the lighting was dim. the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected, with visible limescale around the bathtub. this.

Convenient Stay Near the Airport

The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport. The location of the hotel is very close to the train station. I found the Citygate outlet mall connected to the hotel very convenient. My room had a comfortable bed and modern furnishings.
I did notice a small stain on the carpet in my room.

The front desk staff provides quick and efficient service upon arrival. Housekeeping staff ensured rooms remain clean and well maintained throughout the stay. I appreciate the attentiveness and the level of professionalism I saw.

Breakfast includes a variety of Asian and Western options. The buffet selections are regularly restocked. I found that lunch and dinner service maintains same quality, with a range of choices.

the hotel offers a free airport shuttle. the location is convenient as it is connected to a shopping center and the train station. the bed in my room was comfortable and clean. the room provided a nice view.

spacious room good view
The room was spacious. Big windows offered good views. the hotel is close to public transport like the bus terminal and mtr. It more than makes up for being a bit far from tourist areas.

Acceptable Stay, but With Some Issues
slow refills unpleasant looks
The airport transport proved both useful and easy to find.
The breakfast lacked variety, particularly for vegetarians. Refills were slow, and staff gave unpleasant looks when requested. I found salami in my to-go breakfast despite specifically requesting no red meat. This forced me to purchase an expensive meal at the airport.
