Acceptable Hotel Stay
excellent room unbeatable view visible hair missing towel
The room was excellent. I must say the view is unbeatable from the 20th floor. We stayed there for five days and the harbour view was amazing. One need to go to the roof top to see the whole harbour.
The cleaner didn't clean the room properly and I still see visible hair on ground. This is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. They keep forgetting to give us towels. It makes me sad.

fine view spacious room helpful staff efficient arrangement
the hotel offered fine views of the harbour from my room! the room was spacious and well kept. i found the staff helpful, especially the porters. they arranged taxis and offered dining recommendations, very efficient!
the bathroom had a bath with a shower over it, this made it difficult to get in and out.

Breakfast featured a great selection, with many options available for everyone, it also included both western and eastern dishes. The omelette station offered freshly made omelettes and i loved the dedicated noodles station.

the hotel sits right on the waterfront, this makes it easy to walk along the promenade. a subway station close proximity provides fast access to other areas! i found tsim sha tsui, a main shopping district, to be easily accessible.

The rooftop pool has amazing views! a free shuttle to tsim sha tsui provides easy exploration. i did find the hotel to be located in a nice suburb. Many local food options and a large department store lie less than five minutes away.

soft towels great location
The room was a King or Twin Room Courtyard View. It had big bath towels that were soft. Queenie and Wendy at the front desk are very helpful. The location is great as it is near the MTR station.
I find the front desk staff to be rude.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Drawbacks
spacious suite clean suite upgraded room missing iron limited facility empty bathroom
The suite was large, so it provided plenty of space. My room was upgraded to a suite because the rooms were full. The suite appears to be tidy and clean. I enjoyed the journey overall.
The bathroom felt quiet empty with not much facility provided. I did not see an iron in the room, which should be standard for a hotel of this level. I also could not find the hair dryer in the bathroom. It should be there.

closed swimming pool scruffy area
The swimming pool was closed. the alternative seating area nearby was rather scruffy, i thought. the lack of a functioning bar in a five-star hotel seemed odd too. i ended up quite disillusioned.

harbour view separate shower
i was grateful for the spacious king or twin room harbour view it had. the harbour view was very calming from the room windows i appreciated the nice bathroom with a separate shower.
i noticed the check-in process took longer than expected upon arrival.
