lovely mattress polite staff limited heating chilly evening

I enjoyed the location.. it was close to many shops. the staff was polite and courteous. the mattress was lovely. I slept soundly.

The room did not have an option for heating. the room was maintained at 19.5c without an option for heating. It was a bit chilly in the evening. i wondered if heating is available in the room.

Excellent stay in a prime location

helpful concierge convenient location

The breakfast included ample choices with many options. The location is very central and quite convenient. I particularly appreciated the helpful concierge service. Evean from the concierge team assisted with document printing and DHL postage.

The bathrooms require modernization, and the room had a slight odor.

The hotel is steps away from the harbour and subway system, this made exploring the city easy. Walking distance to the Kowloon high-speed train station added significant convenience, especially when travelling with luggage. The hotel position is excellent.

the location offered convenient access. the ferry terminal was a short walk. the presence of a shopping mall on level 2 was a benefit. the breakfast buffet had a decent spread.

i found old oatmeal pieces stuck to the mugs. there was hair in the tub, the toilet was not clean. it took a long time for hot water to heat up, this was inconvenient.

The location is excellent for shopping! the hotel connect directly to harbour city. i love the italian restaurant there. It is a great spot to view the harbor. it's really convenient.

the swimming pool was freezing! it made my swim unbearable. i got a terrible rash after the swim. the gym is small, and it felt limited.
