a magnificent journey
spacious room excellent service easy access superb amenities
I found the room spacious and well-equipped! amenities were superb. the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. They offer excellent service. the location suited my needs perfectly, providing easy access to various attractions.
one minor inconvenience occurred when i had difficulty adjusting the room temperature. a quick call to the front desk resolved it quickly. the staff addressed it promptly.

The hotel features a variety of dining choices. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of high-quality foods and catered to many dietary needs. several restaurants serve international cuisine. Each delivered amazing dishes.

The indoor swimming pool allows for relaxation irrespective of weather conditions, and the gym features modern equipment. I could keep up with my workout schedule. the spa services were rejuvenating! the hotel invests in guest's relaxation.

a true haven
classic feel fabulous experience direct check-in timeless design
i felt welcomed with a room overlooking the courtyard. i was collected in one of the hotel rolls royce cars, a fabulous experience i won't soon forget. upon arrival, the hotel team greeted me and showed me directly to my room, this check-in process was a fantastic touch. the room design had a timeless feel with loads of space!
Honestly, the dining options for vegetarians felt quite limited. it was a little disappointing. the attentive service mostly made up for this small issue. hopefully, they will expand these options in the future to cater to all guests.

Breakfast offered many options in a grand room. The decor created an event each time! i discovered a good selection of pastries and scones in the lounge, perfect for an afternoon treat, too.

I found the spa and swimming pool relaxing. They offered a fine view across the harbour from the eighth floor. the hotel gym includes modern equipment with several treadmills and weight machines. It maintains cleanliness.
