i liked how there was a complimentary filtered water dispenser on every floor, with both boiling and ice options. also, i found a self-operated laundry service room very helpful. the view from my room was fine, it was really a treat to wake up to it. plus, the hotel's location next to the shopping complex made it very convenient to get around.
i did notice a dampness issue in the building. there were dehumidifiers in the corridors, and a purifier was inside my room, that concerned me. the staff wasn't very helpful when our travel group needed assistance during a typhoon. they seemed dismissive about finding accommodation and didn't show much concern for our safety.

location was perfect for shopping i think. the hotel connects directly to new town plaza. i found the room very clean when i arrived. staff were helpful with directions around the mall.
i find the toilet water pressure a bit low, needs a few flushes.

Not the Worst, Not the Best
weak pressurelong waiting
I noticed a couple of things that were less than ideal. The water pressure in the toilet was surprisingly weak. Flushing required multiple attempts, which became quite annoying. getting a taxi proved to be more difficult than I anticipated. It took a long time for the doorman to find one. I'll think about these issues next time I book a place.

the television lacked youtube support i found this inconvenient the bathroom locks were faulty this caused concern regarding privacy the limited number of washing machines for a hotel of this size was insufficient there were only two for twelve floors
