city center access comfortable bed coffee machine
the location offered easy access to the city center. the large bed was really comfortable. a coffee machine with tablets sat in the room.

out of service lift no hot water
the breakfast was good.
the lift was out of service when i arrived. i needed to use the service lift. there was no hot water on the second morning when i went to shower. it was annoying.

comfortable bed equipped bathroom coffee selection short walk
The room was quite large with a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. I appreciated the ample tea and coffee. The Internet connectivity worked perfectly. The hotel was a short walk to my concert at St Peters by the Waterfront. It was very convenient.
The kettle in my room was broken and I only had a single towel even though I booked for two guests.

Check-in was quick. The staff member at the desk was helpful! and friendly. They gave useful directions. This made my arrival smooth and easy.

Breakfast offered many options. There were items cooked to order. I liked the variety and quality of the food. The coffee was particularly good.

The room had many plugs and USB ports for charging devices. I found this convenient for my electronics. Plenty of wardrobe space was available, and ironing equipment was provided.

polite staff clean room enjoyable experience
The staff were very polite and helpful (i spoke with several members). the rooms were lovely and clean. i will definitely visit again. It was an enjoyable experience.
The sink plug was stiff. It barely worked.

The reception area was very bright and clean!!! The lounge area was comfortable. The staff working at the bar were both friendly and chatty, contributing to a cute ambience.
The doors slam loudly. Sleeping without interruption was hard.

plumbing issue limited menu
the staff were great (i especially appreciated their smiles). we had an early check-in. we were given a superior queen room which was super clean.
My room flooded. It was clear that there was a plumbing issue. i was put into a room where they must have known there were issues, despite paying for a superior executive room. they did swap me for the second night, but there was a very limited menu, disappointing.

convenient location comfortable bed missing sink vegetarian options
The hotel had a convenient location and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the large comfortable bed (I slept so well!).
The toilet was separate from the bathroom. I thought it should have included a sink. the cooked breakfast lacked vegetarian bacon or Quorn sausages, offering only vegetable-filled sausages instead.
