The reception area was very bright and clean!!! The lounge area was comfortable. The staff working at the bar were both friendly and chatty, contributing to a cute ambience.
The doors slam loudly. Sleeping without interruption was hard.

the staff were great (i especially appreciated their smiles). we had an early check-in. we were given a superior queen room which was super clean.
My room flooded. It was clear that there was a plumbing issue. i was put into a room where they must have known there were issues, despite paying for a superior executive room. they did swap me for the second night, but there was a very limited menu, disappointing.

The hotel had a convenient location and the staff was friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the large comfortable bed (I slept so well!).
The toilet was separate from the bathroom. I thought it should have included a sink. the cooked breakfast lacked vegetarian bacon or Quorn sausages, offering only vegetable-filled sausages instead.
