a satisfactory stay
friendly staff free parking weak wifi inconsistent water
the staff was very friendly and helpful . there was plenty of free parking available (a definite plus).
the shower did not have consistent water temperature. also, the wifi signal was quite weak in my room.

water temperature depleted buffet
the shower was problematic. Regulating the water temperature proved impossible. It alternated between scalding and icy. The breakfast buffet lacked attention as juices and fruit were depleted. The waitress seemed inconvenienced by this.

Excellent Stay with Friendly Staff
kind staff smooth arrangement lovely garden
The staff were kind and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. Laura, the manager, assisted with arrangements and Bek at the bar served drinks promptly (the service was really quick). The gardens provided a lovely setting for the event.
My room overlooked the main road and the fire escape.

The staff were helpful and went the extra mile to meet guest needs. I noticed that the breakfast service was prompt and efficient (especially when I was running late). The team seemed well-trained and attentive.

The hotel provides ample car parking , removing any concerns about finding a spot. There is also a bakery offering a variety of cakes and pastries to enjoy (I grabbed a nice cake). The rooms were clean.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient.
The room felt cramped, and there was NO wardrobe. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase.
