the room was spacious. the bed was very comfortable with modern furniture. the staff were friendly and they gave us a special birthday gift. i am grateful for they did.
the fridge was not working. there was no special coffee maker in the room, only a kettle. there was no shower gel in the bottle fastened to the bathroom wall. i had to ask to get these fixed.

The position makes moving around straightforward. we checked in earlier than expected and received our room right away. We liked that. fresh towels came daily, which we liked. the staff behaved kindly.
this caused minor delays.

i found the staff friendly. sakura made an amazing mental note of my son's achievement and treated him to a balloon with bubbly, apple juice, timtams, and lamingtons. juliet provided really good service during one of our meals.

the location was very nice, very close to darling harbour. the staff were really friendly (especially the ones at the front desk!). the room was clean and had everything i needed. breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
the gym equipment had some items out of use awaiting repair.

the location was acceptable, close to everything i needed.
The bathroom was not good. The shower pressure was weak. also, the room service was slow. it took over an hour to get a simple order of fries, and they arrived cold.
