overall an ok stay
amazing view friendly staff dust collection soft bed
I had a room overlooking the harbour bridge. the view was amazing. I loved it. the staff were all friendly and seemed attentive.
the carpeting in my room looked to collect dust. this became noticeable over time . the bed was also a bit too soft for my liking.

great stay, central location
friendly staff well kept rooms lovely lounge
i appreciated the staff's assistance with a parcel. the concierge allowed me to leave it for pickup. the ground floor lounge and bar was lovely. the rooms were well maintained and comfortable.
the wait time to get baggage from the bell team was a bit long.

The hotel is a short walk from circular quay. sydney opera house is also nearby. I could walk there easily. the location was perfect!

The hotel has a rooftop bar named aster. the views from there are amazing. I took many photos. the breakfast had a fantastic choice!

the room was spacious and beautifully designed! the curtains were completely blockout. the bed was very comfortable though the pillows were too soft for me.

Staff provided friendly assistance and advice. they were helpful. the breakfast staff was especially friendly. I felt very welcome each morning.
