I had a room overlooking the harbour bridge. the view was amazing. I loved it. the staff were all friendly and seemed attentive.

the carpeting in my room looked to collect dust. this became noticeable over time . the bed was also a bit too soft for my liking.

i appreciated the staff's assistance with a parcel. the concierge allowed me to leave it for pickup. the ground floor lounge and bar was lovely. the rooms were well maintained and comfortable.

the wait time to get baggage from the bell team was a bit long.
