Decent Hotel with Some Service Issues
breakfast buffet central location slow check-in dirty room
The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It offered a great variety of options. The location proved convenient for attending events near Darling Harbour. I appreciated the short walk to local attractions.
Check-in was a mess. I had to wait an extended period even after completing the online check-in process. The room also had cleanliness issues. I found blonde hair on the carpet and couch. The soap dish was also dirty.

decent stay overall
excellent location attentive staff beautifully kept long valet no answer long line
i found the location excellent for the conference i attended at the convention centre. the hotel was beautifully kept. the rooms and all other facilities were also beautifully kept. nothing was too hard for the excellent and attentive staff.
the prebooked valet took over 15 minutes to get my car on departure. i also called room service for help with my bags. there was no answer, though. the check in and out desk reminded me of a line at the supermarket.

Really good visit!
rooftop pool convenient location clean room helpful staff
The rooftop pool offered amazing views of the surrounding area. I found the location convenient, near many restaurants around the corner. The room was clean and well appointed (it really added to my stay). All of the staff were helpful and friendly, from check-in to the restaurant.
The gym lacked a direct bathroom which required a detour.

Breakfast offered many choices, including fresh juices. I did find the dinner really good, and the waiter provided great suggestions. It was a charming experience.

Staff assisted with luggage storage before check-in. They also assisted with arranging transportation to the airport. The hotel staff was polite and helpful .
Facilities

The hotel included a nice rooftop pool with great views. The room design felt modern and new. There were blackout curtains available in the bedroom (a plus for light sleepers).
