acceptable stay with drawbacks
the location was convenient for exploring the city.
The room i was assigned had a shared kitchen and lounge area, a detail not clearly stated when i booked it. it was quite noisy as it was next to the restaurant and a private function kept me awake. Even the provided earplugs couldn't block out the sound.

charmed with this place
fine building lovely space perfect design
i found the building quite fine, with lovely common spaces. the location was great i think. everything we wanted to explore were so close. the room's design was magnificent and i loved the bohemian style. it was perfect for me.
check-in become difficult because there aren't any staffs around to assist. the qr code for checkout did not work.

The staff were quick and also very helpful to resolve our problems. i was pleased with the digital process. It made everything so seamless. i definitely enjoyed this feature. It helped me.

the room included a comfy bed and lovely decorations. it also had all the basics i needed for my stay. i had a beautiful view into the green that i didn't expected. it was also nice and clean.

there were many cute shops and restaurants in the area. i found them within a short walk from the hotel. the in-house cafe was also great with good options. it made me satisfied.

i loved the free lockers provided for the day of departure. it was a nice convenience i think. the garden area provided a calming space to relax. i was happy there was also a laundry room available.

The shared spaces were pretty! i loved the gardens. They were a true haven. the location was also excellent, close to everything but not too busy.

location was fine, but the room wasn't great
thin curtains cleanliness
the location was acceptable, not too far from the attractions.
the photos made the hotel look better than it was. our room looked nothing like the pictures, and the cleanliness was below expectations. i also found the thin curtains offered almost no privacy.
