The front desk staff WAS helpful. They answered many questions about getting around, about good dinner spots, and everything. The breakfast WAS lovely. The staff were stand outs at this hotel.
The hotel DOES benefit from a little extra storage in the room. I also noticed the hotel has internal noise. You can hear EVERYTHING from neighbors.

I appreciated the private parking. It made daily trips outside the city easy. the breakfast included a diverse range of options. the staff was attentive and kind, especially when recommending local restaurants! the hotel's quiet location, away from the main tourist areas, was welcome.

The room featured comfortable bedding and daily housekeeping services, ensuring a consistently tidy space. i found the room spacious. It was well-furnished and included fresh towels every day. the architecture was very beautiful.

The location was excellent and quiet. breakfast had good options. i found the staff very helpful. i especially liked that the hotel arranged flowers and a cake for my wife's birthday. It was all done perfectly (she loved it!).
the room could use more storage. a full-length mirror would also be useful. i did appreciate getting hot water from the bar, so it wasn't a huge issue.

the hotel is in a quieter area, south of the river. it is an easy walk to the main sights. i found this location a great balance between quiet and accessibility.
