location was great for seeing important places. it was close to many sites. there were good cooking facilities plus a microwave. i thought the hotel felt secure. i did found the assistance prompt and helpful.
i feel i should have been given more towels at no extra charge.

there's a washing machine available i could use, this was very useful. i also noticed the air conditioning worked well.

there were quality restaurants located nearby, it made getting evening meals easy. i saw department stores very close, these sold various groceries. upscale coffee shops was also very close.

this hotel is in a very central location and i could walk to many places. the duomo was only 3 minutes away. the uffizi museum was about 5 minutes. the train station was also near.

my room had a good shower and an updated bathroom. there was a very large bedroom and it felt comfortable. the aircon worked very good. i was given a quiet room.

the location was great. i could easily reach main tourist locations. the host was wonderful and showed me the apartment. she pointed out the best gelato shop, i found that helpful.
the check-in was slow and a little confusing. the city tax was not specified when i booked. the room faces the piazza, it got noisy at night.
