The reception team was cute and professional. the staff were attentive and ready to help. i found their warmth and hospitality special. the staff provided excellent service.
the key card used for electricity was temperamental, so lights could go off anytime.

The staff was very attentive. I was able to walk everywhere I wanted to go since the location was central.
The breakfast service was not good. The waiters seemed to have an attitude and the service was lacklustre. It diminished the experience. We arrived and found a disgusting smell in our room.
