fantastic hotel
friendly staffclean placecomfy bednoisy night
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the sauna and pool were fantastic (i used them both!). the whole place was so clean and had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the room included a comfy bed and a great shower.
the hotel was a little noisy on friday night. sleeping was impossible until 3 am. it was totally annoying, unfortunately.

the hotel location is very nice. it is within walking distance of all sites and provides good access to trains, busses and ferries. the hotel is in the old town area, convenient for visiting attractions.

Acceptable but Problematic Hotel

The hotel features old stonework in the room, that was interesting.
The AC was a real problem. It made a loud noise even on night mode. It was like a fan blowing full blast. Staff had to shut it down after my second call, but then the room got hot. This should not be a problem in a hotel like this.

i liked the central location very much , very close to the main attractions. the breakfast was definitely good , with many choices available each morning. the staff provided attentive service in the restaurant area. the hotel is very clean overall , something i always appreciate.
the room i had was slightly small , it felt a little cramped. this was a minor issue , it did not detract significantly from my stay.
