I enjoyed same room on 3rd Floor. It faced courtyard. Breakfast choices were varied. Staff were polite and accommodating. I found the location to be fantastic for exploring.
The hotel needs an update, and rooms has a musty odor that never disappeared .

the sauna WASN'T working. this was VERY disappointing because i chose this hotel specifically for the sauna. at the reception, they told ME and other guests that the sauna didn't work, period. i expected some compensation from the hotel because of THIS. there are BETTER hotels for the price. the sauna was the reason i booked this hotel.

The room was beautiful. It featured amazing pillows and a fantastic bed, so soft, I reminded me of I was floating on air. The breakfast had many options and everything was fresh. I also found the location very convenient.
The zen room felt a little uninteresting. I do appreciate older properties but my room seemed bland. I wasn't aware of this until after the reservation. The check-in process could have been more cute.
