i totally loved the historical vibe throughout the hotel! the staff were helpful. the breakfast spread was delicious with a huge variety. the tour on the 23rd floor gave very nice insights!
I noticed the room cleaning was infrequent. Bins needed emptying more often. this required me to visit reception to request it.

the hotel's location provides really easy access to the old town, a huge plus! the proximity to shopping centers makes shopping super easy. transport links are close, it makes getting around very convenient.

I loved the amazing view from the 8th-floor window! i also appreciated that the bathroom included waterproof curtains made in switzerland. It was a unique touch, you know.
