fabulous poolenjoyable saunaabove-average workout
The workout room features more equipment than average. I saw a fabulous pool plus a jacuzzi and a steam room! The sauna was very enjoyable. I was excited!
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were not good. Very bad.

dripping soundtopper mattress
I did not sleep well there. something dripped from the ceiling. it was very annoying. when i told someone, they said they would check. they did nothing about it. the street outside was busy. i heard all the buses and cars. the beds did not have a real mattress. It was just a topper.

i found the hot water availability quite limited . i reported this issue multiple times, but the staff initially dismissed my concerns. it took several complaints before they acknowledged the problem existed. this lack of immediate attention was quite frustrating.
