The beds were VERY comfortable. I really loved the bathroom facilities. It even had a tv. The views of the waterway from the room were just fine, I could not get enough.
I experienced a slight delay at check-in. The staff were learning.

The pool area includes about twenty loungers providing ample seating, some are under a shaded section. The gym features three treadmills, this is a benefit. I also noticed two stationary bikes , it is good.

the room was very clean (i really appreciate that). the breakfast had lots of choices and the food quality seemed good.
the gym was small and some equipment was out of order. also, the tv in my room had limited channels.

I found the beds super comfortable and clean. The water pressure was great. The room service and concierge were very lovely and helpful, as was the front desk team.
