the room felt really big. staff was helpful to me always. the omelette i ate at breakfast tasted very well. i did find the bed comfy also.
i tried to contact the hotel prior to arrival but no one did respond. this was pretty inconvenient when i had some specific questions about the shuttle.

i saw the hotel provides airport transfers and arrange taxis , very useful. the close shopping mall offer some time to fill in. there are some cafes and restaurants.

the location is near the airport. the shuttle driver was helpful. the hotel offered access to the international airport. i didn't have to go far to reach the terminals.

The pool was closed for maintenance. The app informed me of this a day later. I had to keep kids occupied without the pool. The hotel didn't offer early check-in, despite my request early that day. the parking area felt insecure.
