fantastic stay!
modern space excellent lighting tasty food convenient location
The facilities present clean, modern spaces with excellent lighting. the staff seemed kind and very helpful to all guests. breakfast offered several choices like fresh fruit and tasty food. the location is ideal. It took about 15 minutes to the city center (very convenient!).

the surrounding area offers easy access to shops and local restaurants. the hotel is within walking distance of the train, about 800m away. the street felt safe and well-lit during both day and night.

dirty bathroom stained sheets
The room had everything I needed. The shower was spacious and a coffee maker was provided.
I found the breakfast modest. The coffee machine was slow. the room cleanliness was not good upon arrival. The bathroom was dirty, the sheets were stained, and there was hair on the sofa. Finding such conditions upon arrival at 2 AM was unacceptable.

missing items non-functional shower
I encountered issues . Housekeeping missed refilling the complimentary items on one day. The overhead shower in my room did not function despite reporting the problem promptly after check-in. I consider these oversights unacceptable for a hotel of this supposed caliber

great location free shampoo comfortable bed small variety cheese offering hot chocolate
The location was great. I was very close to rooftop bars and massage spots. it was super convenient. the hotel offered several free bathroom amenities like shampoo. the bed was huge and comfortable, sleeping there the first night was amazing!!!
The breakfast was not good. It had a small variety. there were no daily meat or cheese offerings. there was no hot chocolate.

kitchen area equipped kitchen large bed comfortable bed premier room studio premier bts metro longer walk hotel entrance tight entrance ants swarm ant infestation
the studio premier room included a fully equipped kitchen area. it had a microwave and refrigerator. the large bed was comfortable.
the walk from the bts metro line was a bit longer than expected. i left food on the table and ants were swarming it after a couple of hours. the hotel entrance is quite tight too.

spacious rooms helpful staff big pool
the rooms were clean and spacious. i found the staff were very helpful. the pool was a big plus, i used it every day.
the hotel's location felt a bit secluded, even though it was close to amenities.

adequate stay with some issues
sewage smell wrong information
the room looked like the pictures online.
there was a sewage smell in the hallways and rooms, this was unpleasant. housekeeping did not clean the rooms until requested. dry cleaning information provided was wrong.
