Really good experience
attentive staff international buffet japanese set
The hotel staff was attentive. The breakfast was great with both an international buffet and a Japanese set (i enjoyed it so much!). The facilities were excellent. I will return here.

Amazing Stay with Stellar Service
safe shortcut useful gym swimming pool
Every staff member had a smile, very polite and professional! The location is excellent. The BTS station is nearby. There is a safe shortcut for walking toward the BTS station. The gym had useful equipment and the swimming pool offered great views of the city center, fine.
I had difficulty getting extra amenities. I contacted the helpdesk and they unfortunately declined my request! It was a small hiccup in an otherwise really good experience, and hopefully, it will be addressed .

Fantastic Hotel Experience!
clean room convenient access
Our Beautiful King Room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping service was diligent, everything was super clean daily! I appreciated the convenient access to the BTS station via the skywalk. The infinity pool was also a highlight, offering amazing city views.
I found the gym a bit crowded during peak hours. Securing equipment was sometimes difficult.

The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options! I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. The Japanese restaurant provided an authentic experience. Service was attentive and efficient during breakfast hours.

A nice stay
superb location amazing views panoramic city refreshing swims
The location is superb as it is next to the BTS Skytrain station! The hotel occupies high floors providing amazing views from every room. The infinity pool offered refreshing swims with a panoramic city vista. I savored the extensive breakfast buffet, it had many options. The staff demonstrated care and respect throughout my stay!
The television in the room seemed a bit small, but I understand technology evolves quickly. This did not detract significantly from my excellent experience at all.

The Beautiful King Room offered a calming, minimalist vibe! It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The room had comfortable furniture and tasteful decorations, it was an excellent space for relaxation.

The infinity pool is a standout feature! It has about twenty loungers and a shaded section. The gym contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The hotel also offers an extensive spa area.

Staff at the concierge were always helpful and kind. The housekeeping team ensured my room was immaculate each day! Restaurant staff provided attentive service during breakfast and other dining times.
