the location was acceptable, near the bts but not super close (it was fine for me).
I was let down by the service. upon check-in, i was asked for a large deposit. since i had just arrived, i hadn't had a chance to exchange money and asked if i could pay the deposit a bit later, but i was refused. the whole process took over an hour. It was awful.

the location was easily accessible by public transit.
The studio i had was in a different building. this was annoying because it restricted me from using the pool and everything else it offered. check-in was problematic and long. they asked for a deposit but they don't accept european visa or mastercard. Only cash, which i luckily had. washing machine was provided, but no washing powder or gel was available.

perfect service and super clean rooms

excellent carebreakfast buffetfruit stationthai iced tea
naphat ensured we received excellent care. the breakfast buffet featured teriyaki chicken and unique salted egg yolk omelets. i particularly enjoyed the rambutan and passion fruit at the fruit station, flavors i don't typically find at home. thai iced tea provided an extra boost of energy in the morning.
A slight negative was the small and crowded lobby. Seating felt limited, requiring guests to stand awkwardly while waiting for transportation..
