faulty phonetiny room
I expected a bit more from this place, honestly. The phone system was a nightmare. I couldn't get through to guest services one evening! The line just kept ringing and ringing. there's no Netflix. The room itself was pretty small. The blinds didn't block out any light at all.

great location with easy access
direct accesssteam saunacomfortable bed
the hotel connects directly to the metro station which simplified travel around the city. the steam sauna in the gym was a great add-on. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable

the hotel's location is convenient near shopping malls and the mrt
the air conditioning unit was faulty and i had trouble adjusting the temperature i reported the issue multiple times but it wasn't fixed properly the restaurant staff didn't seem pleased when i asked to buy breakfast to take to the room and questioned my request
