i stayed in a beautiful room, it was modern. the room was super clean. the hotel location was perfect for walking to attractions. the staff were attentive. the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is centrally located. The breakfast featured cook-to-order eggs, a nice touch. The rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked very well.
I noticed a lack of amenities as stated on the website. There were no bedroom slippers. There was also no bathroom floor mat available after the second night. Only one bottle of water was provided daily for a two-person stay, insufficient.

The hotel is right next to las setas. It's also a short walk to the cathedral and alcazar. This placement really puts guests in the heart of the action.

The staff was friendly and spoke good english. I received help with directions to local attractions. I definitely felt welcome at this hotel. They really know customer care.

the hotel's location proved convenient. it allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions by foot. staff exuded warmth and extended helpfulness. i found a good surprise in the complimentary water offered daily. also the breakfast buffet presents a lovely array of choices.
the rooftop bar felt somewhat small to me, it offered a nice view, just the limited space did impacted the overall experience somewhat.

my room had a small balcony facing the street. the rooftop bar offered a nice view of the surrounding area (i could see the 'mushrooms'). the breakfast buffet was sufficient and included fresh fruit.
