the apartment had secure underground parking, fine.
i found the check-in process annoying. i received multiple emails, yet the lock box system didn't work properly (it was a total pain). a late 4pm check-in and an early 10am check-out are not good. also, they threaten a £100 fine for being even slightly late.

it has a balcony that looks toward the ocean terminal, i see this. the apartment was clean when i get there. i find tea, milk, and chocolates when i got in, which i like. the parking is also safe, it is great.
the beddings had some stains. we chose from the cleanest ones to sleep in. it takes a long time to flush the toilets a second time. the corridor sometimes smelled like cigarettes.

the bus stop is close, just outside the hotel. this is helpful considering parking issues in the city center. the apartment is near the coast, so the environment is pretty quiet.

the size of the apartment was amazing, so was the view. the apartment includes all amenities needed. it has a balcony that looks towards the britannia, i see this.

the underground car park has generously sized parking spaces. it had secure underground parking. it has an excellent bus and tram service into town. it is well equipped so you can also easily cook.

staff are very friendly and helpful here. i had few issues and the staff dealt with them straight away. i felt a warm welcome, this makes the stay more pleasant.

the apartment was big and spacious it included everything down to the smallest detail. The views from the windows faced the sea. A bus stop is in front and comes every 15 minutes. There are good fish restaurants nearby and a supermarket open 24 hours.
the facilities seemed below average i expected better quality furniture and a more comfortable shower. the air circulation in the room was poor it got uncomfortably hot.

the apartment included two bedrooms and two bathrooms one bathroom connected to the bedroom while the other was accessible from the hall. a spacious living room featured an open-plan kitchen equipped with necessary appliances.

the open-plan kitchen has all the equipment for preparing light meals. there is a supermarket asda and a café close to the hotel. some very good fish restaurants are located in the area.

the location is close to the sea and the port. the bus stop is about 200 m from the hotel providing easy access to the center. the bus journey to the centre takes approximately thirty minutes.
