HISTORIC Charm!

traditional locationbeautiful buildingefficient managerhour permit
This location IS GREAT, very traditional with wonderful value. The building is BEAUTIFUL. I felt a warm, home-cute feeling throughout the WHOLE hotel. The deputy manager proved very helpful and efficient. Parking outside IS AVAILABLE for four hours max during certain times. You can purchase a twenty-four hour permit from reception.
THE FLOORBOARD squeaked loudly. The room got hot at night. Spaces near the hotel are limited.
Dining

Breakfast includes fresh items with plentiful options and additions during service. The restaurant offers a LOVELY space, and the lunch in the bar features fresh ingredients.
Location

THE hotel is very close to the opera house. This location makes travel there very convenient. The hotel is situated near a large, nice park, this park provides an excellent space for relaxation and outdoor activities.

historic charm, minor snag

generous spacefriendly staffsecure parkingcold room
The breakfast was indeed good. Rooms provided generous space for movement. Staff were helpful and friendly. parking available through the hotel offers convenience and security.
room 32 was COLD. The single-glazed window had heavy condensation. The room furniture felt too large for the available space. I found only one sachet each of hot chocolate, peppermint tea, and green tea provided.
Facilities
8/10
the hotel has parking at reasonable prices, a bar, and breakfast facilities, but lacked air conditioning, a factor that might affect the temperature of rooms during hot days.
Dining
8/10
Breakfast is served, but the selection could be improved to offer more vegetarian options. I noted there was no yogurt available for cereal on our first morning, as well as more flavorful items
Location
10/10
The location is Central, placing guests near attractions. The location offered easy access to town amenities and nearby parks, however, there was clear noise during morning hours that disturbed my sleep.
Rooms
8/10
rooms include tea and coffee facilities, however, some furnishings was dated, I noted the television had a fair amount of dust behind it, and the bathroom had limited toiletries for two guests.
