the hotel rooms are new and well kept. i found the air conditioning to be effective, keeping the room cool and pleasant. the hotel also offered convenient luggage storage, which allowed me to explore the city freely (before my flight). i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere.
the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe at night, made me cautious when returning late.

my double room was well-sized and included air conditioning to adjust the temperature. the soundproofing was effective, it blocked outside noise and guaranteed a good night's sleep. i also appreciated that the rooms appear to be recently renovated.

the hotel is conveniently located near several restaurants and key attractions in the city. public transport links are easily accessible from the hotel. kossies coffee shop is just down the hill, about 50 feet away (a perfect spot for a quick coffee).

The room felt cramped. There wasn't space to properly store my luggage. it got messy easily. also, i missed having a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold, especially with the weather being warm. i felt somewhat unsafe walking around alone late at night.

i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to many attractions. the rossio place was nearby, offering easy access to explore. the full breakfast was a treat, especially since it saved me time in the mornings. i also liked that i could leave my luggage and continue exploring the city (a thoughtful touch!).
the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience, as i would have liked a warm drink.
