small pillows moldy air conditioner
I was disappointed by a few things. The pillows were really small and not very supportive. The air conditioner had mold inside and dripped water onto the floor, my bedsheet even got wet. Breakfast options needed more flavor. The scrambled egg was bland, and the mango juice tasted like water with just a tiny bit of mango.

Excellent Stay in a Charming Location!
friendly staff amazing view cleanliness well-kept facilities
I found the staff friendly and helpful . They arranged transportation to the airport and always greeted me with a smile. The room offered an amazing view, a detail I found particularly wonderful each morning and evening. I enjoyed the cleanliness and the well kept condition of all the hotel facilities.
The noise from the breakfast room chairs early in the morning was a bit disruptive.

fresh fruit great service warm weather
the breakfast buffet had many options , i especially liked the fresh fruit. the staff provided great service and were very attentive to my needs. the air conditioning in the double room worked very well , which was necessary for the warm weather.
the room was very small , leaving little space for luggage.

wonderful city stay
new rooms effective air conditioning luggage storage
the hotel rooms are new and well kept. i found the air conditioning to be effective, keeping the room cool and pleasant. the hotel also offered convenient luggage storage, which allowed me to explore the city freely (before my flight). i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere.
the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe at night, made me cautious when returning late.

uneven experience
small room unsafe area
The room felt cramped. There wasn't space to properly store my luggage. it got messy easily. also, i missed having a mini-fridge to keep drinks cold, especially with the weather being warm. i felt somewhat unsafe walking around alone late at night.

a romantic getaway

i enjoyed the hotel's proximity to many attractions. the rossio place was nearby, offering easy access to explore. the full breakfast was a treat, especially since it saved me time in the mornings. i also liked that i could leave my luggage and continue exploring the city (a thoughtful touch!).
the absence of tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a slight inconvenience, as i would have liked a warm drink.
