outdoor onsencute staffhigh noisetired room
The garden was MAGNIFICENT! i particularly adored the outdoor onsen. It added such a tender touch to the experience. the rooms were ample and clean, almost dreamlike. the service staff were so cute. Their gentle kindness made my heart sing.
I found the noise level in the facility a bit high. There were many rowdy guests who spoke loudly in the lobby. this was a little startling and unexpected in japan. the room seemed a tad tired. I'm not sure if that's just the wing i was in. It didn't fully meet my expectations given the price.

The room was big with an amazing garden and mountain view. the garden was the best i have ever seen. the staff was very helpful. They were friendly too.
the advertised air conditioning in our room did not work.
