Wonderful Traditional Stay

I found the staff helpful when I needed to exchange my money for the shuttle to the station. Customer service was fantastic. The public onsen offered great relaxation. The breakfast included good quality and a variety of options. Yukata was provided in my room at no extra charge.
I noticed the facilities could use upgrades.

the breakfast buffet had varied and good food. i also found the coffee quite good. there was a Wonderful onsen available in two different locations.
the staircase seemed a Little old.

The staff allowed us to take the free shuttle to the JR station. We.!! The room felt LOVELY and spacey.
The nearest public bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk uphill.

japanese hospitality at its finest
comfortable futonfree yukata
I found the futon very comfortable after the staff made it up each evening. The hotel also provided yukata in the room at no extra charge. I used them to visit the onsen.

my japanese-western room on the high floor was amazing, the perfect spot for relaxation. it included tatami in a sitting area with couches and beds in separate areas. the view from a high floor was also quite amazing.
the hotel was a bit of a walk from the train station. it was manageable but a little inconvenient with luggage and up multiple hills.
