lack of trust extra fee

The breakfast had plentiful options and a nice spa was available.

The staff did not seem to trust guests I requested an iron and was told it would cost extra. This felt disrespectful especially when I mentioned the minibar lacked tea the staff member came to verify this in my room. This action.

large room great breakfast

i enjoyed my stay. the room was quite large it was more than twice the size of standard rooms. the staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was yummy.

the ac wasn't working that well. it took a bit to get it fixed but the team sorted it out the next day so all good.

spacious room helpful staff

i found the room to be quite spacious. the helpful staff assisted with directions to nearby attractions. breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from. the location was central, so exploring was easy.

the elevator was quite busy. i had to wait sometimes.

hard bed indifferent staff

The hotel location was quite central which was convenient.

The room felt dated, almost as if things were falling apart. The bed was surprisingly hard, it did not help me get a good night's sleep. The staff seemed indifferent, I think a bit more warmth might improve guest relations.

The location was FANTASTIC! All major attractions were a short walk away. The staff were helpful. They were also friendly. The shower had great pressure and was hot, SUCH a plus!

huge choice good size comfy bed non-working ac lukewarm water spotty wifi

The breakfast had a HUGE choice. Everything in the room worked. The room was a good size.

The AC was not working the first day. It was fixed the next day though. There was no hot water in the shower several days, but after informing reception, I waited 20 minutes. The water was still lukewarm.
