the room card access system was faulty. hotel personnel had to escort me to my room each time i needed access. this was quite inconvenient, especially when i had to wait for someone to become available.

The hotel offered a free shuttle both to and from the airport, a great convenience. My room was very clean, and I found the minibar fully stocked with a good selection. The breakfast was wonderful.. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available.

The conditioner bottle in my room was almost empty upon arrival.
