a decent stay
great location ferry stop spacious room friendly staff basic breakfast limited options bad air conditioning dusty filter broken fan
the location was awesome with the ferry stop right across the street. this made exploring the lake super easy. my room, a quadruple room, was also really spacious. the staff was friendly and always ready to help with directions.
the breakfast was pretty basic, not a lot of options. the air conditioning in my room wasn't working very well, i cleaned the filter, it was full of dust. i asked for a fan but they brought a broken one, i don't know what happen.

adequate stay with minor drawbacks
noticeable noise inconvenient parking
The room i was given faced the street. Therefore, the noise was noticeable (especially early in the morning with traffic). additionally, the on-site parking was rather limited and quite tight to maneuver. i had to park on the rooftop, then walk down several flights of stairs afterward. it made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient.

the staff was SUPER helpful. arthur and his colleagues were kind and professional. they gave us lots of information so my trip was nice. the hotel has parking this IS convenient.
the room was quite small.
