the location was convenient to the airport.

i found the staff unhelpful and disorganized. i got told there was no shuttle to the airport. It meant I had to make a huge fuss to get a ride, a situation i did not expect. it did leave me with a Very sour taste after what i hoped would be a calm night near the airport.

hotel was clean and the room had a modern design which i appreciate.

The fitness room was closed . this was very disappointing as the gym factored into my decision when i booked this hotel. also, breakfast felt incomplete. Some items were available one day, then missing the next. this inconsistency felt disorganized and impacted my experience.

this hotel is very close to the airport. the free shuttle was a big plus and helped me get there easily. the room had tea and coffee making facilities. the bed was also comfortable, i rested well.

The wifi did not work at all . i was not told about this at check-in. I had to inquire about it.
