The location was convenient, not too close, but also not too far from the city center. The neighborhood felt quiet and clean. I was very happy with my room. It provided a restful retreat after a long day. I really enjoyed my stay here.
At least they should acknowledge customer messages as a mere courtesy.

The spacious room easily accommodated a baby cot and stroller, it still had sufficient space. The room met all my needs, and I enjoyed the comfort provided. I appreciated the thoughtful layout of the room.

The host was very friendly and helpful, especially when I arrived hours before check-in. He made me a cup of tea, suggested sights to be seen, and allowed me to occupy the lounge. This really good service.!!

The room was VERY spacious, it had a LARGE window. I appreciated the big bathroom and bathtub. The sitting room was big. It was a great place for reading. The bus stop in front made travel easy.
i noticed footsteps late at night. The flooring seemed thin. This did cause some slight disturbance.

The location was acceptable. It made exploring leith and other parts simple.
The bed was uncomfortable. I could not get a decent night's sleep. the shower head was secured with cable ties. That is unacceptable. there were no sockets that could be used for the hairdryer.
