The bathroom had stains. the general decoration seemed rushed. the floor in the corridor was laminate. it was swollen and a trip hazard. towels at the pool were not in good condition. I received one with a hole.

i got the beautiful double or twin room for four nights. the room was quite large. it included a king size bed. there was also a small fridge. i appreciated the comfy couch in the room and a good-sized outside balcony with a day bed.
the hotel had many smoking areas and they were all in areas that guests had to walk through. these areas were right by the pool and at the entrance to the restaurants. the beach itself was okay , but there are not many good restaurants nearby.

the breakfast buffet offers a reasonable variety and caters to many tastes, including vegan options. there are two breakfast venues , one in the middle of the resort and one on the beach side, where both have an egg station.

the location allows easy access to casual restaurants on the beach side. turning right when exiting the hotel, there are restaurants within 100 meters. turning left leads to the town with more restaurants, pharmacies, and clothing stores in about 5 minutes.

the resort includes seven pools to choose from or the beach which is right on the resort's doorstep. two large in house massage huts provide full body or foot massages. there is a night market just outside the front of the hotel on some nights.

the staff was kind. location had direct access to beach. the gardens are kept clean and beautiful.
the hotel overall smelt mouldy. there ARE too many smoking areas near the pool and restaurants. I think, the hotel needs some soundproofing. it's noisy.

the location near the beach was convenient. the pool area was a great spot with comfortable loungers (i especially loved the shaded sections).
the gym equipment felt a bit outdated. i noticed only a couple of treadmills and stationary bikes available. it could use an upgrade to match the rest of the facilities.
