the room was spacious and clean, which i appreciated. the hotel's proximity to paddington station was convenient (i could easily reach heathrow). i also found many cute restaurants nearby.

the staff provided excellent service, promptly addressing any requests i had, ensuring a smooth stay and they were very accommodating when i needed to check in early and this made me very happy.

the hotel benefits from a very central position, with hyde park easily accessible for leisurely strolls, additionally, the nearby paddington station offers excellent transport links to explore the rest of the city.

my room featured a nespresso machine, which i used daily, alongside a mini fridge and kettle and i also found an ironing board and safe, all very functional and useful amenities .

The location suited my needs perfectly. The room I had was very clean and looked well-kept. I also noticed that luggage storage was available, a definite plus.
I found that the stairs were quite steep. The experience left me feeling a bit disappointed. I would not likely return.

the location was really convenient. we were super close to paddington station, and hyde park was also nearby. we were able to store our bags after checking out to explore the city. it was very helpful.
the stairs to the upper floors were quite steep.

The room included molton brown toiletries, a coffee machine, and slippers. it had complimentary water in the fridge. a big tv and a big, comfortable bed were also included. It was super. the shower was great, too.

a staff member from the sister hotel assisted with my check-in. he was lovely and also very helpful. the reception area was kept very clean! the receptionist was cute and gave clear instructions.

The hotel is situated on a less busy road, quiet. the hotel offers storage for luggage after checkout. We loved that. the neighbourhood has restaurants and shops within walking distance.
