I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to Notting Hill Station and Portobello Road Market. I could get coffee and tea for free downstairs. Rooms provided adequate space.
The beds were not very comfortable. I found the furniture dated. There was noise from other rooms.

the hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk to the subway. i found the staff quite pleasant and helpful with directions. the breakfast was delicious, with options. the room was well-equipped, including a refrigerator.

I was very pleased with the large lounge. It included a lovely garden. 24-hour tea and coffee were always available. i found the bar prices quite reasonable and the reception was cute. the early 2 pm check-in and the 11 am check-out suited me perfectly. we loved the fact our room was quiet, even after returning late from a concert.
It could be heard from my room day and night. it was a minor issue though. Not a big problem. the hotel more than made up for it.

The breakfast offered good variety. my twin room included an iron and ironing board. laundry services were available. That was very handy!
