the breakfast was lovely. there was many options available. the staff was also helpful and polite. i found the hotel mindful and quiet, even in the courtyard and lounge area.
the room was very cold and two windows were open. it took a long time to slightly heat up. the towel heated rail in the bathroom had been switched off, outside of the room. it was not obvious to find!

i stayed at the hotel for four nights and felt very welcomed. the location is very convenient, close to transit connections. i appreciated the art deco style of the hotel. the breakfast offered many choices and was very tasty.
the room felt slightly dated, though it was functional and clean.

the hotel is situated on a lovely street near notting hill gate tube station and local buses. it is also a short walk to stores and cafes. portobello road is also easily accessible.

I found the location convenient. It was a short walk to Notting Hill Station and Portobello Road Market. I could get coffee and tea for free downstairs. Rooms provided adequate space.
The beds were not very comfortable. I found the furniture dated. There was noise from other rooms.

the hotel location is very convenient, just a short walk to the subway. i found the staff quite pleasant and helpful with directions. the breakfast was delicious, with options. the room was well-equipped, including a refrigerator.
The room decor felt a bit dated. Some modernisation would improve the overall experience.

large lounge lovely garden reasonable prices early check
I was very pleased with the large lounge. It included a lovely garden. 24-hour tea and coffee were always available. i found the bar prices quite reasonable and the reception was cute. the early 2 pm check-in and the 11 am check-out suited me perfectly. we loved the fact our room was quiet, even after returning late from a concert.
