convenient location with friendly staff
perfect locationeasy access
The location is perfect. St mark's square is a short walk away. a water taxi stop is right out front, offering easy access. the vaporetto stop is also steps away, connecting to all main lines. staff assisted with arrangements during a rainstorm, which disrupted our water taxi.

The staff was warm and cute upon arrival. they were helpful and kind to the children. They were generally very cute. a staff member even helped us research travel options .

breakfast was served in a separate building nearby. there was plenty of choice in a continental breakfast. loaner umbrellas were available on rainy days. the hotel arranged a private water taxi to the airport for us.

the hotel is right opposite all modes of transport. st mark's and the bridge of sighs is a few minutes walk. the rialto bridge is also a short walk depending on your route. there is a great choice of bars and restaurants nearby.

The location allows easy access to water taxis. I didn't need to carry luggage far since the station is very close. The front desk staff was available 24 hours. They stored our luggage while we explored. They also provided information about nearby restaurants and ferry schedules.
The room I was assigned felt small. It lacked space to place my luggage. The bed was hard and the pillows felt thin.

the location is excellent. i appreciated its proximity to st mark's square (just a short walk). the breakfast offered a decent start to the day.
the room i received was quite small. the air conditioning was difficult to adjust, a bit inconvenient. (it was either too cold or not cold enough)
