the apartment had a balcony overlooking a bustling piazza. the apartment was beautiful and it had a lovely period feel. the receptionists at arrival and departure were friendly.

the tv did not work and the manager could not help. the bed was very low to the ground. the picture of the terrace is misleading (it wasn't easily accessible).
