the breakfast had a good selection. the location of the hotel was close to many tourist spots, that was helpful.
The check-in process took longer than expected. the bed in my room was like a spring mattress. It was not comfortable.

i found the staff to be very keen and enthusiastic. they delivered utmost satisfaction to my relatives and me. the check in and check out process were quick. i appreciated the help with taxi bookings and luggage handling..
i experienced a slight delay with the room service.

The room had a washer and dryer , which was convenient. It was spacious with all the amenities provided. A supermarket and restaurants were located within walking distance.
The breakfast had limited options , but there was a live omelette station. The location is in Bur , far from downtown and many attractions. There is not much around the hotel.

weak coffee limited gym
I found a couple of things disappointing. the gym only had a few pieces of equipment. There were two treadmills and one elliptical trainer. the breakfast buffet needed more variety. It seemed repetitive after a few days. i wish they had changed it up a bit more. the coffee at breakfast tasted weak, i wanted a stronger brew.

spacious room neat bathroom
i found the room spacious and neat. the bathroom had all necessary amenities available. dry cleaning service was timely and excellent
the breakfast selection was limited. it seemed geared toward indian clientele.
