The staff was helpful, particularly the front desk. Rose, vikas, newton, and rihon answered my questions. the gym had 24/7 access and staff maintained it well. housekeeping, specifically satyam and colleagues, did a professional job. an additional room service request was handled efficiently. the shuttle bus to burjuman station operated from 7:30 am to 8:45 am.

during my stay, the shower pressure was somewhat inconsistent. i also noticed a minor issue with the toilet flushing on occasion. it wasn't a major inconvenience. but it was noticeable.

The room included a functional kitchenette and a washing machine. daily housekeeping services kept the room tidy and clean. a welcome amenity was a balcony. It offered city views.

i am very grateful for the excellent service i received . the front office staff, including rihon, newton, and pankaj, were very supportive. mr madan sharma, the hotel manager, was also very cute. i especially appreciated the well kept hotel and the really good housekeeping by mr rehman.

the rooms could use some minor improvements in terms of upkeep, though everything else was great.

the staff greeted me warmly. they gave us an early checkin. we enjoyed returning to our clean room after seeing attractions. the room had everything you need.

the lady manager attitude wasnt very good. she said the hotel was full and she could not let us checkout late even after six nights.

The hotel room had a washing machine and a kitchen. The breakfast offered many choices each morning. I was surprised by the birthday cake and card for my wife. The staff really goes above and beyond! Mr Madan Sharma responded to all my questions quickly before our stay.

The pool was not really designed for small children.
